Welcome to the 2027 NLN Institute for Social Determinants of Health & Social Change Leadership Academy application cycle. Applications will be accepted from June 15, 2026 through November 2, 2026.
This Leadership Academy equips nurse educators and interprofessional colleagues to lead transformative change in education, practice, and policy. Now in its fifth cohort, this year-long, immersive experience continues to build on the program's growing impact and community of leaders. Participating scholars gain the tools and strategies needed to integrate social and structural determinants of health (SSDOH) into curricula, drive health equity initiatives, and prepare future healthcare professionals to address systemic challenges.
